4Ward Fitness offers over 12 yoga classes per week that includes Ashtanga, Martha, Yin also extending to Relaxation, Detox and Yoga Therapy that helps realign your spine after a a hard workout or a stressful week at work.


Taught by experienced Yogis who have over 500 hours of teaching experience, our classes are suitable for those who require a good stretch and a bit of “TLC”.
