有唔少朋友表示，多咗留喺屋企🏠，睇電視📺和吃零食🍫嘅時間增多了。相對地，體重也上升了⬆️！所以大家千萬不要懶惰🙅🏻♂️，要保持運動，跟我哋教練一齊上Online class啦！ Some people said that they spent more time at home🏠, leading to more time watching TV📺 and snacking🍫.
