【愛心呼籲✨4ward捐血日】

有好嘅運動習慣,就可以有健康嘅生活💪🏻!不過做運動除咗練得好體魄之外,身體好都可以幫助到人㗎🤝,例如捐血就已經可以幫助患病嘅人!所以下星期4ward Fitness 將會聯同「香港紅十字會輸血服務中心」舉辦捐血日🔴,📢呼籲各位會員同我哋一齊參與,做完運動,休息20至30分鐘後,就可以進行捐血啦!🙆🏻‍♀咁有意義嘅活動,立即向reception 5802-0123報名吧✅!

Therefore, 4ward Fitness will organize a blood donation day 🔴 with the ‘Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service’. 📢We hope all members to join with us.
