Kick Boxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing which is a sport involving attack and defence with the fists.
Kick Boxing is practiced for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport. Mainly focuses on improve your reflexes and coordination skills.
