High Intensity Interval Training is characterized by a short burst of high intensity exercises followed by a brief low intensity movement and repeated until exhaustion. HIIT workouts have been shown to reduce fat mass holistically while improving cardiovascular health, muscle mass and bone mass.

At 4ward Fitness, our HIIT routines involve bodyweight work or in some cases, added weights such as dumbbells, med balls, resistance bands, sandbags, or even kettlebells.
