Jillian Michael

Jillian is the most famous fitness trainer in modern America with extensive experience in Kickboxing, yoga, and Pilates.

 

In 1993, she was awarded the American Sports Coach Association (NESTA) and the American Sports Fitness Association (AFAA), and later received the American Association of Fitness Professionals (AFPA) Nutrition Certificate.

美國近代最著名嘅健身教練,擁有豐富經驗於Kickboxing、瑜珈、 Pilates同私人健身課程。

 

1993年已獲得 美國體育運動教練協會(NESTA) 及 美國運動體適能協會(AFAA) 認證,後期更獲得 美國體適能專業人員協會 (AFPA) 營養學證書。

Billy Blanks

Billy is a famous Tae Bo teacher in the United States picking up the sports of karate and taekwondo from from scratch. Born with hip abnormalities, he relied on martial arts to overcome his physical disabilities.

 

He once represented the United States in the World Karate Competition and won seven championships. Later, he integrated taekwondo and boxing into the sport resulting in our current day "TaeBo" training.

美國著名Tae Bo教師,自細學習空手道及跆拳道。出生時髖關節異常,影響運動,靠住喺學習空手道期間克服先天疾病。

 

曾經代表美國參加世界空手道比賽,獲得七屆冠軍。其後將跆拳道同Boxing互融,成為風靡全球嘅“TaeBo”訓練。

Zumba Fitness/
